Yesterday morning around 8:30 am I called someone at Black Diamond and asked if they could send a technician to my home to check out my air conditioner. The person I talked to said that the best they could do was to send a technician out late in the afternoon. Well, about 6 PM i calledt to see where the technician was. The person I talked to , who was a different person that I talked to in the morning, said that they couldn't find where I was on their schedule. After I explained my situation, she not to worry, I will make sure a technician shows up in the next 2 hours. Well, she made it happen. By this time the temperature in my house was 85 degrees. The technician, Andrew, showed up as promised and quickly fixed my problem. Andrews professionalism and knowledge of my air conditioner was super excellent. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue. My wife and I both have a medical conditions that act adversely to extreme heat and humidity. Thank you to the night scheduling person and certainly Andrew.
